Position: Client Service Representative
Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour
Schedule: Per diem

About the Role:

The Client Service Representative provides exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced veterinary hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with professionalism and compassion
Manage appointments, emergencies, admissions, and discharges
Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate client/pet records
Review and prepare medical documents
Educate clients on hospital services
Perform administrative tasks (scanning, emailing, etc.)

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in high-stress situations
Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Detail-oriented with good judgment
Prior experience in veterinary medicine highly preferred
Experienced in client care
